$SEED Launch Day

After 4 extremely long days packed with insomnia, hard work and determination we’ve managed to launch $SEED, our deflationary token that manages the Yield Farming part of our platform.

As you know from the past Medium Stories we’ve had some issues with the deployment of $TREE, which forced us to keep it as a capped supply Token, at 16001 $TREE.

The 1 extra tree is the lucky one🍀

The incident has been somewhat of a blessing in disguise though, since TREE is quite stable now and loved by the community. On the other hand SEED has been released succesfully with no errors, and the farms are active and powerful.

While SEED is slowly building its supply through our Fair Launch we’re trying our hardest to keep it stable through burns.

We have already done a very nice 100 $SEED burn tonight (about $10k)🔥

Community Response🤝🏻

The community has responded extremely well throughout today’s launch and it has brought tears to our eyes. We think everyone noticed the love we have for the community and the respect we offer our investors, so today has luckily been a day of tears of joy and happyness. We’ve also set up a few giveaways on Twitter that brought us about 1000 new members😮, doubling our Telegram Group and our Twitter.

We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our farms and pools for our investors. It was a lot of effort and required constant communication with the community but we’ve managed to find the sweet spot that makes everyone satisfied and keeps our tokenomics balanced.

For a limited time only we also offered 0% deposit fees on the BNB-BUSD farm for the first 6 hours after launch. Now the deposit fees on BNB-BUSD are back to 3%.

Numbers➗

As far as numbers go the launch was a success, even more so than last time. Our TVL went to $860,000 in just a few hours and people were exstatic to say the least. The mechanisms behind SEED are working perfectly, and as of now we’re sitting on a supply of around 700 tokens, just as we calculated.

Donations👐🏻

By the time this Story is out we will already have a donation set up for Team Trees and Trees.org. The sum should be around $1000 dollars, $500 each. Now that our project is officially rolling, these types of donations will hopefully be a very common occurance. We’ve put an immense amount of effort into tokenomics and investor safety in the past few days, but now that we’ve sorted it all out we can also start focusing on our initial goal of planting trees.

Now we’re also working very hard on finding partnerships that will help us grow strategically. We can assure you that they will be picked carefully and that the further growth received from them will help us plant more trees.

We will keep this part short and sweet since we’re making some important decisions right now about our first partners and marketing investments.
